Lelia Woods

Lelia is a professional visual designer who specializes in educational and scientific illustration. She has worked at various museums and educational centers such as Star Eco Station and Matheus Academy as an educator and artist. She currently works as a scientific comics artist and a gallery PR writer. Her life long goals are to encourage connections between artists, scientists, and educators and to use art as a tool for compelling storytelling and community enrichment. Her interests outside of drawing include ecology, paleontology, astronomy, playing her mandolin, sculpture, sewing, puppetry, reading sci-fi books, and gasping at dogs like they’re Beyoncé.
